York Barbell Power Cage Training Station – The 48053 Weight Lifting Power Cage Training Station by York Barbell is designed and built to provide a durable and stable weight lifting platform for muscle and strength building barbell exercises such as squats,
shrugs and rows. With the use of a York multi-bench, the training versatility of the 48053 can be greatly expanded to include flat and incline bench presses, shoulder presses and lat pulldowns. An included pull-up station provides a bodyweight training station for
performing wide or narrow pull-ups or even calisthenics exercises such as levers or muscle-ups. Available upgrades expand the training possibilities even further. Weight plate storage attachments are available to keep all your weight plates up and off the ground
and organized at all times. For those that prefer a selectorized weight stack for performing lat pulldowns, low back rows or cable bicep curls, there is a 200 lb. weight stack option as well as a hi-low pulley option. The 48053 is constructed from 2″ x 2″ and 2″ x 3″
13 gauge steel for providing stable workouts as well as many years of performance.
