Legend Fitness 3113 Tricep Dip / Abdominal / Push-Up Station – The 3113 Dip / Ab / Push-Up Station by Legend Fitness is a powerful bodyweight trainnig tool used for strengthening and adding lean muscle mass to the upper body. Included are three main stations for developing the anterior core (abdominal and oblique muscles), the triceps muscles on the back of the arms and the pectoral and front deltoid muscles of the chest and shoulders.

Shred the abdominal and oblique muscles of the anterior core with the abdominal training station. Included are high-density forearm pads underneath and to the side that fully support and provide comfort to even the heaviest users. Plus, the outer forearm pads and non-slip handles keep the forearms and elbows from flaring out and sliding off during knee and leg raises. The angled back pad is designed to not only support the back during abdminal work but also helps keep constant tension on the ab muscles especially at the bottom of the exercise. The tricep dipping station includes two dip handles that are welded, not bolted, directly to the main frame. Handles are ergonomically spaced to work both the triceps and pectorals maximally when performing dips, or upper body squats as they are also known as. Non-slip foam rubber grips are included for better grip and increased safety. Perform dips using your bodyweight or grab your favorite tricep dipping belt for increased resistance. And finally, no bodyweight training equipment would be complete without a pair of neutral grip elevated push-up handles. Just like the dipping handles, the push-up handles are ergonomically spaced to load both the pectoral and triceps muscles for the best muscle and strength building results. Handles are elevated offering trainees a fuller range of motion and better stretch compared to traditional push-ups. And again youll find non-slip handles to secure the grip even when hands are sweaty.
