Stroops Slastix Toner Power Bands Don’t get caught using “Naked” tubing! What is naked tubing? Naked tubing is a resistance band trainer with handles that has no protective sleeve therefore leaving the actual rubber tube exposed to
abrasions caused by various anchor points as well as harmful UV rays that can cause rubber to decompose and eventually snap. Stroops Slastix Toner Power Bands with handles include a patented “Safety Sleeve” that fully protects the inner rubber resistance
bands from abrasions and UV rays. Slastix Toner trainers stretch to about four times their resting length and to keep them from overstretching the Safety Sleeve will engage at the maximum length preventing potential damage and safety issues.

There are a few different Slastix Toner band lengths and handle options to choose from. Length choices are 48″ and 72″ available in MMA orange or with black sleeves and color coded handles. The 48″ length is great for performing stand-alone exercises like bicep curls and overhead presses where you actually stand on the band to anchor it to the floor. The 72″ long Stroops bands stretch to a total length of approx. 24′ and are often used in conjunction with different anchor points such as heavy gym equipment frames or poles. To shorten your 72″ Toner Power Band simply wrap it around your anchor point until the desired length is achieved.

Two handle options are available for your 48″ Stroops Power Training Bands. Black handles are made from smooth plastic while foam handles include a soft layer of foam that offer a more comfortable grip during upper and lower body exercises. Foam handles will cost just a bit more but for most the added comfort is worth it. Both handle options pivot allowing the round handle to slide from side to side on the handle strap during exercises that require multiple hand and arm angles.
