Body-Solid OST Steel Grip Olympic Plate Packages – Unlike most commercial grip plates that feature two or three grip handles per plate, Body Solid Quad-Grip plates integrate a total of four handles strategically placed directly across from one another. The result? Two pairs of opposing grips! Whatever handle the user grabs there is always another opposing grip handle directly across from it. Olympic barbell plates that feature opposing gripping handles are easier to carry as they allow the palms to directly face one another removing unnecessary stress and torquing of the wrists. Adding two pairs of opposing handles means easier access when removing plates from a plate tree, Olympic bar or plate loaded machine.

Steel Grip Olympic Plates by Body Solid are as durable as they are functional. All plates are molded from high quality casted iron for a smooth, finished product that is highly accurate (within 2%) in weight. Gray hammertone paint is applied and then baked on to maximize adhesion and long lasting durability.
