Prism Fitness Group SMART Rope Caddy™ – The SMART Battle Rope Caddy from Prism Fitness Group is a commercial-grade all-in-one battle rope anchor and storage caddy. The Smart Rope Caddy features eight self-guided exercises printed directly on the back plate for easy reference. It is wall-mounted to easily keep lengthy ropes organized and off the floor as well as provide a secure anchor point for the rope during exercise. The unique, saddle-shaped anchor provides a smooth path for a 1.5′ or 2′ diameter rope to minimize wear and tear on the rope during vigorous movement. All steel construction ensures durability and long-lasting performance day after day during high intensity interval training with power conditioning ropes.

Training with battle ropes (also known as heavy ropes, conditioning ropes, or power ropes) helps build stamina, develop functional strength, increase lean muscle mass, burn fat, and strengthen core muscles. When the rope training session or interval is finished, the user can then wrap a single rope up to 40 feet in length around the caddy (similar to a garden hose). This creates more room to move around in the workout studio or group training zone since ropes are no longer stretched out (or just heaped into a pile), taking up valuable floor space when not in use.
