The Blue 16mm SMART Fitness Mat (400-150-031) differs from the Yellow 6mm mat (400-150-030) by including two grommets on one end of the mat. These grommets, or eyelets, can be used to easily hang your mats on a mat rack so they are up off the floor. This is especially beneficial where numerous mats are being used such as a group training class, school weight room
or commercial gym.
