The fully welded steel frame not only provides a rock solid foundation for blasting the biceps, but it also means low to no maintenance and arrives fully assembled and ready to use. The included EZ-curl cable attachment with rotating non-slip grips rests within an elevated nest to help minimize back strain and sits securely in impact resistant rubber craddles. To keep the trainee and bystanders safe from the sliding weight stack, there is a custom steel shroud located in the front and back of the unit.
