The 1132 includes an adjustable cable crossover, lat pulldown, low row and pull-up station allowing up to 5 people to resistance train simultaneously. Trainees will enjoy the versatility offered by the 23-position independantly adjustable pulleys. Use it as a cable crossover to train the pecs or add a curl bar or tricep bar for bicep curls and tricep pushdowns. The adjustable thigh pad gives different size users a custom fit and holds them firm for heavy back building lat pulls. The low back row features a non-slip ergonomic footplate so you can really dig in for maximum leverage when performing rows for the mid and lower lats. And the multi-grip pull-up station in the middle of the cable crossover frame is great for bodyweight training and is ideal as a suspension training anchor point.
