Use a dip belt when performing pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips to increase load weight and add resistance during strength training. Develop your core by placing your back against the vertical support pad and performing leg raises and knee raises. For abdominal routine variety, attach hanging ab slings to the pull-up bar for hanging ab crunches. Multiple diamond plate foot platforms make stepping up into your exercises easy and stepping down safe.
At just over 8-1/2′ tall, the SVKR1000 is designed to accommodate taller users – no more “bottoming out” with feet hitting the floor when doing pull-ups or dips which some taller exercisers experience on smaller units (NOTE: the fitness model in the image gallery is 6′ 5″ for visual reference). The dip handles rotate outward and out of the way when doing other exercises.
