Body-Solid ProClub Line Series II Functional Trainer The Pro ClubLine Series II S2FT from Body-Solid is a functional training center with dual independent weight stacks and adjustable high to low pulleys for strength training, sports performance training, and injury rehabilitation. The weight stacks are available in three sizes (160, 210 and 310 lbs), each offering 1/2:1 dedicated resistance which allows manageable incremental weight changes for smaller muscle groups targeted during true isolateral movements and unilateral strength training. The S2FT offers a virtually unlimited range of exercise possibilities. The pulleys adjust independently in 34 different starting positions allowing users to perform any number of high-pulley, mid-pulley or low-pulley exercises including cable crossovers, shoulder presses, crunches, wood chops, biceps curls, leg kickbacks, and more. Taller than standard functional trainers and having adjustable pulleys that swivel 180 degrees, the S2FT provides unparalleled height and range of motion to increase exercise variety and effectiveness. Multiple handgrips on the pull-up and chin-up station including Body-Solids exclusive rock climber grips help users build upper body and hand grip strength from body weight training. With a space-saving footprint, dual independent weight stacks, user-friendly ergonomics and adjustability and precision-fitted components, the S2FT Series II Functional Training Center is a great addition to any workout space or facility.

The S2FT Functional Training Machine includes several ergonomically designed and interchangeable cable handles for workout variety and sport specific training. The 43 rotating straight bar attaches to the pulley cable ends on each side to allow curls, presses, squats, bent over rows, upright rows, and stationary lunges. The 14 padded athletic bar allows for complex movements using single handed or double handed grip to simulate tennis, golf and baseball swings. The S2FT also includes two nylon cable handles with three length adjustments, a 20 straight bar with swivel attachment for low rows, curls, and triceps press downs, and an ankle cuff for performing leg exercises for the inner and outer thighs, glutes, and quadriceps.
