Jammer Press – Muscle D Fitness (MDP-1027) – The Muscle D Plate Loaded Lever Jammer Press is designed to build ground based explosiveness in athletes for enhanced athletic performance. The Jammer targets an athletes fast twitch muscle fibers responsible for movements like jumps and quick acceleration. It can also be utilized to improve sustained strength for sports requiring increased endurance such as MMA. The Jammer includes independent converging arms with ergonomically angled handles all of which are mounted to heavy-duty pillow block bearings. Chromed weight plate sleeves allow enough weight for even the strongest athletes and feature weight pegs directly underneath for easy loading and offloading. The foundation of the Muscle D Jammer is fabricated from heavy gauge steel tubing.
