Use this lat row bar to add strength and thick muscle to the lats. Wide, parallel grip with bent bar all contribute to a better range of motion and the ability to squeeze and burn the lats for better results. American Barbell’s import line of cable attachments are 25.4mm (1.00″) diameter with a Hard Chrome finish. Precise knurling gives a sure comfortable grip.
