Legend Fitness 3142-3223 Weight Lifting Half Cage w/Oak Insert Platform – The Legend 3142-3223 Half Cage with Oak Weight Lifting Platform Insert is a heavy-duty half cage engineered to take on the heaviest barbell lifts including squats, shrugs, bench presses and more. The 3142-3233 comes standard with an American Made Pro-Series 3233 Insert Platform providing a 6′ x 8′ lifting area with a handmade oak tongue-and-groove insert running back to fill the inside of the cage area. Each platform frame is constructed from 3 x 2 steel tubing to resist dents caused by dropped plates and bars. Each side features ¾ dense rubber matting for the best shock and noise absorption possible. Included front ramp make it easy to roll up utility benches for upper body training.

Also included are J-hooks and safety arms that adjust in 2 increments allowing custom height settings that are perfect for all users. The inside lifting area
is a generous 51 3/8 deep by 42 wide allowing plenty of room for all barbell lifts with or without a utility weight lifting bench. The cross member at the top can be used for bodyweight training exercises like
pull-ups or can be used as a suspension training anchor for a CrossCore180® or TRX. And weight plate changes are made easy with the included six weight horns on each size.

The construction of the Legend 3142-3223 is one of the most robust in the business. Frames are fabricated from 3 x 3 x 11 gauge steel tubing which is mostly welded with the exception of 8 heavy-duty bolts. Weight storage horns are fully welded
to the rear upright posts making it impossible for them to ever loosen or require any maintenance. J-hooks and spotter arms will support the heaviest barbells and offer extremely user friendly adjustments for even the beginner lifter. Another Legend advantage is
