Legend Gravity Crunch -Ooouch! The old vertical knee raise is a thing of the past. This is a phenominal abdominal workout without the strain on the shoulders and elbows. For quality, Legend gave the Gravity Crunch a fully welded frame for the ultimate in rigidity and minimal maintenance, then added thoughtful touches like grip tape on the stepping surfaces, tough yet smooth pillow block bearings, chrome plated adjustment surfaces and a high quality pad made with high density foam and 32oz. upholstery that is top-stitched for durability.

For functionality, the difficulty of the exercise can be adjusted by shortening or lengthening the reach to the chrome-plated foot bar. The lower the foot bar, the lower the user’s hips are from the pivot point, which increases the effort required to complete a crunch. The user keeps the upper body steady and upright with the extra long, foam rubber coated handles. For extra versatility, the round foot bars can accommodate weight plates.
