York Barbell brings you both in the space saving and cost cutting design of their FTS Press Squat Stands. Adjustable squat stand uprights extend from 41.5 to 61.5 in 2 increments for setting the bar at the perfect height for all size users. For bench presses, bring in a flat or adjustable utility weight bench.
The bar catches can be adjusted from 29.5 to 49.5 in 2 increments which is about the same if not better than most combo Olympic benches. The frame of the 48057 is constructed from 2 x 2 x 13 gauge steel tubing and includes non-skid rubber feet for added stability and to avoid scratching wood or tile floors.
