Aeromat Customizable Heavy Duty Speed Jump Rope and Professional Speed Jump Rope with Ball Bearings The Customizable Speed Jump Rope by Aeromat is a heavy duty speed rope that can be modified to fit the specific height of the exerciser and used to build cardiovascular endurance. Most jump ropes, even those that can be modified for length, offer one single original length, which then can exclude certain sized exercisers from taking advantage of the benefits of using a jump rope during their cardio training, crossfit workouts, or other cross-training routines. With the Aeromat Adjustable Speed Rope, the exerciser has the option of four different starting lengths 7, 8, 9, or 10 feet from which he or she may then modify the PVC rope length to be EXACT to their height and arm length.

The standard version of this heavy duty jump rope offers a slim, tapered handle of 4-1/2 inch length, fitting comfortably into smaller hands for beginner and intermediate training. The Professional speed rope offers a larger handle with more consistent 1 inch diameter throughout and a 5-1/4 inch length. The Professional skip rope features ball bearings for more advanced workouts to provide consistent turn action during unlimited movement and higher speeds. Handles on both the standard and Professional models are color coded by rope length for easy identification in a group fitness setting so that multiple crossfitters and group exercise participants may quickly grab the right sized rope during timed intervals.
