TKO 836CPS2 Cardio Pump Light Barbell Set – A light weight barbell set for cardio training can be used for group training classes such as “Cardio Pump”. These adjustable barbell sets are made to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. Cardio Pump classes target many different muscles in the body and unlike typical weight lifting programs are meant for high reps to tone and increase the heart rate resulting in the ability to burn fat. Each group training barbell set includes (1) 30mm diameter x 55″ L steel bar covered with a comfortable foam grip, (2) 10 lb., (2) 5 lb. and (2) 2.5 lb. urethane-coated grip plates, along with (1) pair of quick-release collars.
