They are compatible with straight and ergo pro-style handles of any size. Steel end caps feature a recessed center opening where the head of the Allen bolt can sit flush with the top of the cap. This flush surface removes any protruding objects on the end of the dumbbell and makes them much more comfortable to set on the thighs before a set of presses. Use a set of end caps to refurbish an old set of dumbbells in your home or commercial gym.
