Protective bar catches protect both powder coat finish and bar knurling while in use and are wide enough to provide ample room for various grip widths. Rotating safety hooks hold your EZ-curl bar in place to provide safe loading and unloading of weight plates. Heavy duty vinyl padding is hard wearing and provides the right amount of support while training. A pop-pin adjustable seat conforms to the height of the user and sets the upper arms at the right angle for maximum bicep isolation.
