Schiek Sports 1500H Adjustable Nylon Head Harness – The 1500H Adjustable Head Harness is built for performing neck exercises without a partner that build muscle and strength in the neck helping to prevent neck and spine injuries on the field and in everyday life.
Whether you enjoy the look of having a thick, strong neck or you depend on it to perform your job without risking injury, neck exercises should be included in most any exercise program. The Schiek 1500H is affordable and small enough to throw into a gym bag to transport
to the gym. The integrated chrome chain and clip allows users to attach different forms of resistance such as weight plates and kettlebells. Make sure to use a weight that allows you to perform neck extension exercises utilizing full range of motion for 10-20 reps. Adjusting the head
harness for a perfect fit is easy thanks to the Velcro strap. Inside the harness youll find 1/4″ thick neoprene padding that wont absorb perspiration like other liners such as lambs wool.
