Stroops hurdles offer a full range of plyometric training benefitsfrom improving stride frequency and foot placement to strengthening the dorsiflexion muscles used in sprinting. Invest one time in a set of lightweight, stackable and portable hurdles designed to withstand years of abuse. Unlike tubular or flat PVC hurdles, which break easily, Stroops hurdles are made of highly durable yet pliable plastic which is forgiving when stepped on. The smooth white surface allows coaches to communicate to the athlete using dry erase markers to write instructions on them. Hurdles are 16 inches wide and are available in either 6 or 12 inch heights.
